2. 고기 손질: 등심은 칼집 내주고 고기망치나 칼등으로 두들겨 펴줘. 소금, 후추로 간 살짝!
3. 튀김옷 입히기: 밀가루 → 계란물 → 빵가루 순으로 입혀줘. 빵가루는 손으로 꾹꾹 눌러줘야 바삭하게 튀겨져!
4. 기름에 튀기기: 기름 온도 170~180도에서 노릇노릇해질 때까지 튀겨. 한 번에 많이 넣으면 온도 떨어지니까 주의!
5. 완성: 기름 빼고 썰어서 소스와 함께! 양배추 샐러드랑 먹으면 찰떡.
