2. If there are missing pages or binding issues due to printing problems.
3. If the book content is not readable due to foreign substances or other ink.
4. If the book is severely damaged during shipping.
5. If the book gets wet during delivery in the rain.

Please understand that exchange requests cannot be accepted for the following issues that may occur during production:

1. If there is a misalignment or partial scratching of the foil.
2. If there are minor scratches occurring during manual processing.
3. If there are dents or crumpled corners less than 1 cm in length.
4. If there are tiny spots or threads visible on the paper.
