2005년 뉴욕에서 작업 활동을 시작하면서 제작해온 Photo mosaic 작업은 주로
얼굴이나 신체 부분의 사진 이미지를 잘게 찢어 붙이는 단순한 과정을 거쳐 만들어진다. 사진
이미지를 해체하여 다시 재조합 하는 과정을 통해 이미지 위에 질감과 균열이 더해지고 이런
균열과 작은 파편들이 만들어낸 불안정한 실재의 진동을 관객들이 느낄 수 있기를 의도한다.
2000년과 2004년 서울대학교 미술대학 조소과와 동대학원을 졸업하고 2005년 뉴욕에서 작업
활동을 시작하였으며 현재 브루클린에 거주하며 작업하고 있다.
2023년 까지 뉴욕과 타주 그리고 서울에서 12회의 개인전과 2인전을 가졌으며 다수의 그룹전과 아트
페어, 레지던시 프로그램에 참여 하였다. 현재 Benton Museum of Art CT, Mandevile Gallery, Union
college, Turchin Center for the Visual Arts, Appalachian State University, Huismarseille Museum for
Photography Amsterdam, Netherlands 를 비롯한 다수의 Collection 에 작품이 소장되어 있다.

- Please wash it separately with water.
- Turn it inside out and wash it in cold water.
- When using an iron, put the fabric on and iron it.

All the goods are newly manufactured in custom order and delivered.
If you order now, the manufacturing process begins on 9/17, and the goods are to be shipped out before 9/24.
