봉하마을, 먹거리장터 '봉하장날' 안에 있는 아이스크림 기계에서 봉하(쌀)아이스크림을 직접 내려 아이들에게 주고 있는 노공.
봉하(쌀)아이스크림은 2013년 봄에 첫 선을 보였다. 봉하방앗간에서 3년동안 야심차게 준비한 상품이었다. 맛과 영양이 좋은 친환경쌀을 원료로 하는 봉하(쌀)아이스크림은 특허받은 아이스크림이다. 특허권은 고성의 금강농산이라는 쌀 가공 공장의 사장님이 갖고 계신다.
봉하쌀 원료곡을 그곳으로 보내면 사장님만의 개발법인 '감마공법'에 의해 봉하쌀을 도정하는데 이 과정에서 쌀가루가 아이스크림가루로 변신한다. 그 완성된 분말을 봉하로 가져와 아이스크림 기계에 넣고 우유와 잘 배합하고, 재료가 알맞은 온도로 냉각되면 맛나고 구수한 봉하(쌀)아이스크림이 만들어진다. 꿀꺽~

- The print grain may be visible during the curing process after printing due to the qualities of the material.
- The production procedure may leave a fragrance in the acrylic, but it will disappear within one or two days.
- Remove the top protective film before using.
