노공 - "그래서 정치에 입문하면서부터 이 노래 첫 구절인 '사람사는세상' 을 꿈으로 삼았으며 1988년 13대 총선 구호로 썼습니다. 2002년 민주당 대통령 후보 국민경선 때도 종종 이 노래를 불렀구요"
노무현대통령이 좋아하는 '사람 사는 세상'이란 말은 작자 미상의 민중가요<어머니>라는 노래의 가사에서 시작된 말이다.
