Laghu Vajrasana, meaning “Little Thunderbolt Pose,” is a deep kneeling backbend. With the knees grounded and the hands holding the ankles, the chest opens as the crown of the head lowers toward the floor. The thighs and core then engage to lift the body back up. This pose requires not only flexibility, but also strength, balance, focus, and control throughout the movement.

All the goods are newly manufactured in custom order and delivered.
If you order now, the manufacturing process begins on 9/28, and the goods are to be shipped out before 10/2.
