  its safety and confirming the absence of hazardous substances, including heavy metals.

Washing Method

• Dry cleaning recommended for for extended use without deformation
• Please wash it in warm water (below 30°C) on its own in the wool setting with a neutral detergent.
• Avoid from using detergents that contain optical brighteners, dye, bleach, or chlorin.
• After washing, spin-dry it for a short time and dry it in the shade. Avoid using a dryer because it could cause the product to deform.

Notice

• Due to the nature of memory foam, it is not suitable for washing as it may experience shape distortion.
• It is important to be aware that the manufacturing process of memory foam involves the use of volatile substances, which can result in an initial unpleasant odor upon unpacking the product.
  To address this, it is recommended to separate the cover from the memory foam and allow it to air out in a well-ventilated area, as this will aid in odor reduction.
• Depending on the lighting conditions at the shooting location, the product's color may appear distorted.
• White photos cannot be printed due to the nature of printing.

Guidance Notes before Order

• Partial occurrence of air bubbles within the memory foam may lead to areas where the foam is not completely filled.
  It is important to note that this phenomenon is inherent to the manufacturing process and should not be considered as a product defect or quality issue.
