문턱의 색면 — 현현하는 지붕
두터운 안료가 긁히고 눌리며 네모의 단서들을 남긴다.
남청(藍靑)이 화면 좌측에 바람막처럼 서고, 그 아래 황토가 토지의 체온을 드러낸다. 중앙의 유백(乳白)은 가장 넓은 여백으로 숨을 고르며, 우하단의 주홍 한 점이 맥박처럼 뛰어 전체를 살린다. 그 위로 묵흑의 삼각—지붕을 닮은 획—이 비스듬히 얹혀 ‘집’이라는 기호를 불러오되, 기둥과 벽은 끝내 나타나지 않는다. 실재 대신 흔적, 구조 대신 기척만이 남는다.
표면은 팔레트나이프로 밀어 올리고 마른 붓으로 문질러 내린 마티에르의 층위로 이루어진다.
가장자리의 해짐과 스침은 밑그림의 시간대를 드러내고, 한 번에 그은 지붕선은 서예의 필획처럼 속도와 압력을 기록한다.
색면들은 서로 맞부딪히기보다 가장자리에서 서로를 스민다—동양 회화의 여백 감각이 색면회화의 평면성과 교차하는 지점이다. ‘지붕’이 상징하는 것은 보호가 아니라 경계다. 안과 밖, 색과 캔버스, 기억과 현재 사이의 문턱을 표시하는 표지판.
결국 이 작품은 집을 그리지 않고 ‘머무름’을 환기한다. 몇 개의 색, 한 줄의 선만으로도 귀환의 감각은 소환될 수 있는가. 관객은 중앙의 빈 자리—문턱이자 마당—에 시선을 거둔다. 그 비어 있음 속에서 화면은 완성되고, 우리는 각자의 내부에서 한 걸음 들어선다.

- As this is not a waterproof product, wiping with a wet tissue may cause ink to smudge. Please use a dry cloth to dust off.
- If you want front-facing prints, please fill the image up to the dotted lines. Unfilled areas will be produced in plain state.
- Due to printing characteristics, white images will not be printed.
- The actual color may vary from the model cut depending on the shooting environment.
- Due to the material and processing characteristics, there may be an error of about 1-2mm in the actual ordered size.
- To prevent damage to the frame, it will be delivered directly from the manufacturer.
- If you have purchased other items along with the frame, they will be delivered separately.

All the goods are newly manufactured in custom order and delivered.
If you order now, the manufacturing process begins on 9/17, and the goods are to be shipped out before 9/24.

All products delivered by MarppleShop are custom-made based on your order, so exchange/refund due to simple change of mind are not possible.
