Jungakbu, Embracing the Peony
In 2022, during the COVID-19 pandemic,
the lights on the streets gradually went out,
and the weary faces of small business owners, holding on with their shops closed, stayed with me for a long time.
One day, a heartbreaking story on the news
felt far too close to be just someone else's tragedy.
At that moment,
I picked up my brush, hoping to offer even a small comfort.
“Jungakbu” is a traditional talisman that wishes for prosperity in business.
I incorporated peonies, symbols of wealth and honor,
and expressed the motif in the style of character painting,
creating an image that calls in fortune and opens up good energy.
This work is not merely decorative—
it is a visual prayer for weary hearts.
Blending traditional symbolism with a modern sensibility,
I painted it with the hope that it might become a small light of hope in someone’s life.
Product Basic Info
It is a rectangle poster made of fabric. When covering unused areas or adding interior decor to walls, it is helpful. It features a string ring that makes it simple to fasten to the wall.

- White photos cannot be printed due to the nature of printing.

Washing Method
- Dry cleaning is advised for extended use.
- When washing with water, rinse everything well after using a neutral detergent (less than 30'C) in warm water.
- When using a washing machine, wash it separately using a wool setting.
- After washing, dry it in the shade. Avoid using a dryer because it could cause the product to deform.
Precautions for Purchase
- A purchase order made by a minor may be cancelled by the same minor or his/her guardian if his/her guardian has not consented to such purchase.

All the goods are newly manufactured in custom order and delivered.
If you order now, the manufacturing process begins on 9/17, and the goods are to be shipped out before 9/24.
