Product Basic Info
This stainless steel mug cup has a great thermal and cooling effect.
You can effortlessly sip from it due to the open-close lid.
The bottom of the cup contains a rubber pad, which gives it anti-noise and anti-slip properties.

Notice
- During the swing button's quality-control testing, the lid developed scratches. Since it's a natural scratch, it's not a defect.
- For each product, the placement of the mug cup brand's logo may differ slightly.
- It is made using a laser engraving technique.
- Due to the nature of laser engraving, it doesn't disappear even after extensive use and keeps its original appearance.
- The degree of engraving may vary depending on the distance and intensity from the laser due to the round surface of the tumbler.
- We advise you to submit files with no background (PNG).
- Due to the nature of the engraving, it is difficult to represent images or text with a background.
- As manufacture involves heat treatment, please avoid using microwaves, ovens, and dishwashers.
- Clean well before using by thoroughly dissolving detergent in warm water.
- Please be aware that if there is a significant impact or friction, the shape and surface could be destroyed.

- A purchase order made by a minor may be cancelled by the same minor or his/her guardian if his/her guardian has not consented to such purchase.

All the goods are newly manufactured in custom order and delivered.
If you order now, the manufacturing process begins on 5/14, and the goods are to be shipped out before 5/21.

Exchange / Refund
All products delivered by MarppleShop are custom-made based on your order, so exchange/refund due to simple change of mind are not possible. However, if you receive a defective product or if there is a shipping error, you can contact our customer service within 7 days via email, Individual Inquiry, or through our customer center for exchange or refund.
